Thomas Hill was born in DeLand, FL. After graduating from Father Lopez High school, he moved to Fort Myers, FL where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal studies from Florida Gulf Coast University.
Upon his graduation from FGCU, he moved to Jacksonville, and attended Florida Coastal School of Law. At law school, Mr. Hill focused on real estate and transactional law, and worked in the school’s mediation and business law clinic. Mr. Hill graduated, with honors, from Florida Coastal School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar. He now resides in New Smyrna with his wife.
Attorney Hill has always been very involved in the local real estate market through his experience working with his family’s real estate company located in Orange City, Florida. He continues to participate in the family business primarily working as an investor.
Mr. Hill is a member of the Florida Bar Association and Volusia County Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in all Florida courts. His primary areas of practice include real estate matters and litigation.
