Tiffany Quach is a corporate associate in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications group. Her practice focuses on transactions and matters related to intellectual property, technology, privacy and data security, marketing and advertising across a range of industries, including media, communications, life sciences, financial services, retail, fashion, entertainment and sports.
She counsels clients on compliance with US federal and state laws and industry standards related to digital marketing, the Internet, media, privacy and data security, as well as the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation.
She has represented clients including Altice USA, Harry Winston, the Juilliard School and ZocDoc in relation to intellectual property and privacy and data security matters.
She contributes to Proskauer’s Privacy Law Blog and Blockchain and the Law Blog and maintains the State Privacy Laws and Privacy and Commercial Communications chapters of the Proskauer on Privacytreatise.
She is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (“IAPP”) and is accredited by IAPP as a certified information privacy professional (CIPP).
Tiffany earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in English and Studio Art from Stanford University. Before law school, she worked as a legal assistant at Google’s legal department in Mountain View, California.
While in law school, she interned at the Arts Law Centre of Australia and conducted research on German data protection law at the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society in Berlin, Germany.
