Tiffany K. Sung is an associate at Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice.Prior to joining Foley, Tiffany was a judicial extern with the Patent Pilot Program of the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
As a law student, Tiffany served as a summer associate with Foley, where she gained legal experience in the area of intellectual property litigation.
She was also a summer associate for a private practice lawyer in Santa Monica. During her undergraduate years, Tiffany worked as an independent student researcher at the UCLA Hirsch Laboratory for the Department of Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology.

Tiffany earned her law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law (J.D., 2018). She was a recipient of the Mason Family Academic Silver Award for her performance in a financial analysis course.
During this time, she served as a career forum co-chair and staff editor for Journal of Law and Technology, co-chair of the Christian Law Students Association, treasurer of the Intellectual Property Law Association, and student practitioner for the UCLA Patent and Trademark Law Clinics.
Tiffany also earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she majored in molecular, cell, and developmental biology (B.S., 2014).
