Tim Cook’s focus is on securing justice for the everyday person. Whether it is a car accident, an insurance company that won’t process a claim, an automobile that is a lemon, or continual harassment from a bottom feeding debt collector, Cook believes that justice is not just for the rich.
Justice is for every person. He is an accomplished trial lawyer, with a proven track record of winning. When Cook takes on a case, it is a no holds barred fight to the finish.
Cook earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from South Texas College of Law in 1989. He holds a Masters Degree in Business, as well as undergraduate degrees from Texas A & I / A & M University.
He is admitted to practice in Alaska and Texas, the Federal Courts, and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Cook’s experience beyond the law gives him insights that most lawyers don’t have: he has worked as a Construction Field Engineer in the petro-chemical industry, served on the Public Utilities Commission and is involved in the commercial fishing in PWS, Bristol Bay, Norton Sound, and the Gulf Coast.
This experience allows him both to understand the real world and to communicate both with clients and with juries how a particular case has real world impacts.
