Tina Grovier provides natural resources law advice in the areas of oil, gas and mining, including the unique issues presented by the Arctic. She also assists pipeline carriers, utilities, and others in addressing issues that arise before the Regulatory Commission of Alaska and state courts.
In its 2017 annual survey of America’s best attorneys for business, Chambers and Partners reported that sources say Tina is “excellent, very savvy.” Clients have observed she “can spot the traps and pitfalls, and is able to advise on how to make the transaction straightforward.”
She assists clients in negotiating key agreements for development and operations and in acquiring various permits and government approvals, including those from the Alaska Department of Natural Resources, the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation, and the Alaska Oil & Gas Conservation Commission.
Tina serves as the managing partner of the firm’s Anchorage office.
