Tina Van Bockern advises oil and gas and mining clients on virtually all aspects of energy development on federal, state, and Tribal lands. Tina provides strategic counsel at each stage of development, from the environmental reviews necessary for initial approval to compliance with development obligations and royalty reporting and valuation requirements.
Tina also has extensive experience representing natural resource clients in federal court litigation and appeals to federal administrative boards. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Tina served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Anne M. Mansfield, and as a judicial fellow for Judge Ann B. Frick, both in the Denver District Court.
