J. Todd Kale, a shareholder at Baron & Budd, has dedicated his career to fighting the companies that knowingly exposed people to the deadly carcinogen known as asbestos. Todd enjoys partnering with patients and families and helping them navigate the legal process during the most difficult time in their lives. Todd works on the front lines with the firm’s Asbestos Litigation Team.
He meets with mesothelioma patients and their families across the country to gather the information necessary to successfully pursue their cases. More than any other aspect of his job, Todd enjoys meeting with these patients and families. Through these meetings, Todd becomes part of each of these families and becomes involved in the family’s specific struggles, needs and hopes.

For more than two decades, Todd has worked on numerous asbestos lawsuits, managing thousands of cases from start to finish. Through his many years as an asbestos lawyer, Todd has developed an in-depth understanding of the legal system and how to best navigate that system on behalf of clients.
Since 1993, he has helped clients recover hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements. Todd has experience pursuing not only asbestos manufacturers, but also equipment manufacturers and employers who are responsible for a client’s exposure to asbestos. Never one to back down from a fight, Todd is proud to have fought on behalf of mesothelioma and asbestos clients for his entire career.
