Todd Rosenthal’s practice focuses on all aspects of corporate law. He represents public and private companies in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences and financial services. Mr. Rosenthal was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2014.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a legal intern in the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts in the Insurance & Financial Services Division, where he worked on consumer protection matters involving the insurance and lending industries. During law school, he served as a writing fellow for the first year writing program.
Before attending law school, Mr. Rosenthal was a legal assistant at a large law firm. In that role, he worked on a variety of litigation matters, including insurance class actions, SEC investigations, shareholder derivate suits and antitrust litigation cases.
