
Torrey D. Spink focuses his practice on patent prosecution and counseling. His practice involves patents relating to a variety of technologies including electrical devices, computer hardware, software, mechanical and medical devices.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Spink worked as a patent extern for the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane in Crane, Indiana, where he prepared and prosecuted patents related to electrical and software inventions.
While attending law school, Mr. Spink served as a judicial clerk for the Fourth Judicial District of Colorado, where he performed legal research and drafted court orders on various criminal matters.
Before launching his legal career, Mr. Spink worked as an Antenna Mechanical Engineer Analyst for ITT Corporation in Monrovia, California.
