Traci H. Rollins focuses her practice on representing public and private companies, financial institutions and nontraditional lenders in litigation and government investigations. She has substantial experience in Florida and US courts in complex commercial and cross-border litigation, anti-foreign suit injunctions, government investigations, and consumer and commercial regulatory compliance programs.
Traci lectures on consumer privacy and consumer regulatory acts and has been an instructor for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, Deposition Skills Program. She is the regional managing partner for the firm’s Florida offices, and also co-chairs the Squire Patton Boggs global diversity committee.
She has been featured in “Global Thinking, Diversity Programs Help to Create Stronger Businesses,” published by The South Florida Business Journal, and “The Best of Women in Law Programs,” published by The Woman Advocate Newsletter, American Bar Association, Section of Litigation.
Traci is a member of the American Bar Association, Financial Women International and the Palm Beach County Bar Association, including its Women Attorneys Committee and Commercial Litigation Committee, and serves as the President of JDRF Greater Palm Beach County Chapter.
