Treasa J. Burke drives real estate solutions for clients in industries ranging from agriculture to health care to oil and gas. She applies first-class project management skills to help clients reach optimal outcomes in real estate sales and acquisitions, leasing, housing and community development, and mergers and acquisitions.
Treasa manages national diligence projects and coordinates multinational client service teams. She has been involved with health care-related real estate, common interest community regulation, lender and borrower financing transactions, and 1031 tax deferred exchange work. She represents both landlords and tenants in lease negotiations for retail, agricultural and office properties.
Treasa represents clients in acquisition and divestiture of real property in nearly all 50 states. She handles real estate due diligence and conveyances for complex corporate mergers and acquisitions. She has helped major corporations expand in various states and has performed real estate diligence in M&A deals valued at up to $800 million.
Treasa represents both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of leases for retail, agricultural and office properties. She has worked on railroad-track, land and usage leases at a regional and national level, retail space leases for high-end shopping centers, and long-term ground leases for residential and retail complexes.
Treasa assists both nonprofit and for-profit clients in obtaining tax credit equity and mortgage financing for mixed-use projects and affordable housing developments in Colorado. Clients include non-profit corporations specializing in low-income housing, local and regional housing authorities, and housing lenders and investors.
Treasa advises physician and hospital organizations in federal regulation compliance as it relates to their real property holdings and interests. She represents both individual and small practice groups in the negotiation of office space leases. Treasa has handled real estate diligence and portfolio restructuring for hospital systems acquiring practice groups.
