Trevor Taniguchi practices in the area of litigation. He litigates in both state and federal courts as well as handling matters before administrative agencies. Mr. Taniguchi also has successfully represented clients outside of the courtroom in negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
Mr. Taniguchi has experience working with businesses in a variety of industries and has represented clients in disputes involving breaches of contract, business torts, construction defects, products liability claims, public contract procurement, and Government investigations.
Additionally, since 2013, Mr. Taniguchi has been an adjunct instructor at Rowan University lecturing in courses on Logic, Philosophy, and Business Ethics.
Mr. Taniguchi is a 2014 cum laude graduate of Rutgers School of Law—Camden, where he was managing editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law & Religion. He also holds an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a B.A., cum laude, from Richmond, the American International University in London.

Representative Matters:
- Represented national contractor in multiple construction disputes.
- Represented national product distributor and repair company against allegations of breach of contract, breach of warranty, and consumer fraud.
- Obtained a court order vacating and expunging all prostitution-related criminal records under NJ Rev Stat § 2C:44-1.1 on behalf of a survivor of human trafficking.
- Represented Tioga Downs Racetrack, LLC in all aspects of a comprehensive, competitive process that resulted in the New York Gaming Facility Location Board authorizing Tioga Downs to move forward with a license for its $195 million full scale casino expansion project at its existing racetrack outside Binghamton, New York.
- Represented real estate agency against claims of fraud and violations of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. Obtained dismissal of complaint for plaintiff’s discovery violations.
