Tricia “TJ” has two passions: solving complex business problems and facilitating the development of renewable energy. TJ always knew that she wanted a career where she could use her analytical skills to solve complex problems for people.
While working as an undergraduate student assistant helping law students and faculty conduct legal research, she soon realized that a legal career would be the perfect fit for her. What she loves most about her work is the opportunity to find solutions to clients’ multifaceted business issues so that their organizations can thrive and grow.
TJ’s practice focuses primarily on real estate law in the field of renewable energy. The latter is a topic of great personal significance for her: growing up near a major city, she learned the importance of clean air and personally experienced the challenges of poor air quality.
As an attorney, TJ has experience representing both businesses and governmental entities. She previously worked for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, which provided her with an inside understanding of state environmental regulations and enforcement.
After a legal internship with a solar energy corporation, she realized what a difference quality legal counsel makes in the renewable energy industry. TJ loves knowing that she is helping clients improve air quality and provide sustainable, environmentally friendly energy in communities around the world.
