
Attorney/Investigator Trish Murphy’s experience in workplace investigations, employment law, and labor relations spans more than two decades in Seattle and across Washington State. She is an attorney, licensed private investigator, and the founder of Northwest Workplace Law PLLC.
Ms. Murphy has conducted more than 200 investigations, including claims involving high level executives, public officials, law enforcement personnel, attorneys, students, and tenured faculty. She is an ATIXA-certified Title IX investigator and holds the AWI-CH designation from the Association of Workplace Investigators.
In addition to her independent investigation practice, Ms. Murphy offers strategic labor relations advice and representation and partners with employers to reduce employment law risk through proactive measures.
A Seattle native, Ms. Murphy received her law degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 1996. She is a Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude graduate of the University of Washington.
