After spending years managing successful businesses and being frustrated with business lawyers I decided to go to law school so I could be a better lawyer for others than my lawyers were for me.

Now I help people start new businesses, and I help protect their assets from bankruptcy if these businesses hit hard times. For me, it is all about seeing people succeed and helping them when they don’t.
