Tyler B. Latcham focuses on patent litigation in a wide array of technologies in the chemical field. He specifically focuses on Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) litigation. Tyler has participated in cases at every stage of proceedings, from pre-litigation to appeals at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
While in law school, Tyler worked as a summer associate at Finnegan.
