V. Drew Linnenbom’s public finance practice involves advising traditional governmental issuers, underwriters, banks, nonprofit borrowers and for-profit companies on various aspects of their municipal finance or traditional securities transactions.
He has worked as bond counsel, corporate counsel, underwriter counsel and bank counsel on a variety of governmental and conduit municipal securities transactions, in addition to helping clients navigate securities transactions under Reg. D and Rule 144A.
He has practiced public finance law since graduating from the Moritz School of law at The Ohio State University. Prior to attending law school, Drew spent several years working in politics and the banking industry, a background which helped provide him insight and give him skills that he uses in his public finance practice today.
