
Valery C. Federici is responsible for maintaining and growing the knowledge base of the private investment funds group by tracking and analyzing legal and market developments in the private investment funds space and developing and disseminating precedent.
She contributes to the group’s business development efforts and associate professional development programs, oversees and coordinates workflow for teams of staff attorneys and paralegals, and liaises on behalf of the funds group with other practice groups and with other firm departments on firm-wide initiatives.
Valery joined the firm in 2010 and was an associate in the funds group from 2010 to 2017. As an associate, her practice focused on private fund formation, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and general corporate matters. In the spring of 2017, she was seconded to Deutsche Bank.
