Vanessa Durante

Vanessa Durante focuses her practice on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, including commercial general liability and professional liability. Vanessa also has significant experience in commercial litigation and defending construction defect, environmental, legal malpractice, and breach of contract claims.

Vanessa has been involved in the litigation of multimillion dollar coverage disputes involving primary, umbrella, and excess policies. She advises clients on a wide variety of complex coverage issues, including loss allocation, long-tail liabilities, environmental legacy liabilities, and bad faith.

Vanessa earned her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and her law degree from NYU, where she was a staff editor on the Journal of Law and Business.
