
Victor Wang is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Intellectual Property Practice Group in Washington, DC. His practice is focused on all areas of patent law, including litigation, prosecution, and post-grant proceedings.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Wang worked for the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a patent examiner for nearly six years, where he examined patent applications in the Electrical Computers Memory and Digital Processing Systems: Memory art unit.
Mr. Wang’s practice is focused on patent litigation and prosecution. He is experienced in assessing patent validity, patent infringement, and patent-related aspects of business transactions.
In addition, Mr. Wang regularly handles claim construction and Markman hearing matters in a wide range of technologies, including computer software, industrial equipment, control systems and business methods.
He is also experienced in analyzing technology-related agreements, including joint development and consulting services. Mr. Wang frequently works with clients in the electrical, mechanical and software disciplines.
