
Victoria V. Bohannan is a senior associate in the Special Matters and Investigations practice group in King & Spalding’s Washington, D.C., office. Victoria’s practice focuses primarily on securities enforcement and regulation, government investigations and white collar criminal litigation.
She represents public companies, financial institutions, public accounting firms and individuals in enforcement investigations by the SEC and other regulatory bodies.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Victoria was an associate in the white collar criminal defense and securities enforcement practice group at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in Washington, D.C. She earned her law degree from the George Washington University Law School where she was an articles editor for the Public Contract Law Journal and a Dean’s Fellow for the first year legal writing and research program.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Victoria was a vice president in the correspondent lending division at a major mortgage bank.
