
Victoria T. Gregson focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including extensive title review and the drafting, negotiation and analysis of commercial leases, licenses, purchase and sale agreements, easements, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, CC&Rs, finance documents and other real estate contracts.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Victoria focused on small to mid-size businesses and their various legal needs, including negotiating and drafting organizational and transactional documents, such as operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, stock/membership/asset purchase agreements, loan agreements, option agreements, commercial leases, and real estate purchase agreements.
Victoria has represented clients in a variety of industries, including real estate investment, e-commerce, fitness, medical care, hospitality, film/TV production, and interior design.
While at Loyola Law School, Victoria earned first honors, participated in the Women’s Law Association, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, and the Real Estate Law Foundation, externed as a law clerk in the chambers of Judge Donovan at the U.S. Central District Bankruptcy Court, and served as an Appellate Advocacy and Housing Conditions law clerk for Bet Tzedek Legal Services, an internationally recognized non-profit human and poverty rights organization.
