Victoria (Tory) Hartmann advises private and public companies at various stages in their lifecycle on a broad range of corporate matters. Ms. Hartmann has counseled clients in complex cross-border outsourcing deals, biotechnology licensing agreements and strategic investments.
She also assists companies with SEC filings. She maintains an active pro bono practice and is eager to assist entities in need of legal and strategic advice to advance their missions. Ms. Hartmann was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2016, working on a broad range of legal issues.
While in law school, Ms. Hartmann served as the vice president of the Harvard Mediation Program and was a finalist in the Ames Moot Court competition. She also served as a research assistant to Professor I. Glenn Cohen.
Prior to law school, she was a policy associate with Local Initiatives Support Corporation in Washington DC and also interned in the offices of US Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) and US Representative Jim Langevin (D-RI). Ms. Hartmann has written policy briefs on community development, human rights and healthcare topics.
