Vikrant Dev Bhatia

Vikrant Dev Bhatiais the principal attorney of The Bhatia Law Firm, P.C. Mr. Bhatia’s legal practice focuses on business law, including contracts, commercial real estate transactions, landlord tenant matters and small business certification in the District of Columbia.

Vikrant has worked on transactions involving office and retail space and has drafted related contract documents, reviewed documents presented by opposing parties and negotiated with opposing parties in representing the best interests of his clients.

Vikrant previously worked with a law firm in the District of Columbia. While there, Mr. Bhatia participated in several commercial real estate transactions and reviewed leases, assignments, notes, and guaranties, among other documents.

Vikrant also collaborated with the managing partner on public and municipal financings for the City of D.C. which involved negotiations and correspondence with underwriters, city representatives, counsel for borrowers and trustees and many other parties.

Vikrant even worked on a major transaction to finance the construction of a hotel to be located near the City’s convention center. Mr. Bhatia earned his B.S. from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA and his J.D. from Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C.
