Vincent Tremonti is an associate based in Los Angeles and is a member of King & Spalding’s Trial and Global Disputes practice. He represents Fortune 100 and other large companies in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including pharmaceutical and other products liability, automotive, commercial, consumer, premises liability, and labor and employment cases.
Vincent has experience in all aspects of litigation, including initial case analysis and assessment, developing case strategy, preparing and responding to written discovery, overseeing e-discovery document productions, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive pre-trial, trial, and post-trial motions, participating at trial, and preparing appellate briefing.
Prior to starting as an associate, Vincent worked for King & Spalding as a law clerk for two years during law school.
While in law school, Vincent served as Submissions Editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. He also serves as a mentor to law students by participating in the Leadership Counsel on Legal Diversity program.
