
W. Barton Rankin is a member of Baker McKenzie’s Intellectual Property Group. He formerly worked as a law clerk to Chief Justice Josh R. Morriss III of the Texas Sixth District Court of Appeals. Since joining the Firm, Mr. Rankin has become a member of the Intellectual Property Group and has represented clients in a variety of matters, including patent infringement litigation, appellate litigation and complex commercial litigation.
Mr. Rankin’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, including patent-infringement, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and complex commercial litigation pending in federal district and appellate courts.
