W. Bradley Kline practices in the area of corporate transactions, business, real estate and finance, with a focus on transactions involving commercial real estate. He assists and advises clients on acquisitions, financings and dispositions of a variety of property types, including multi-family, hotel, quick service restaurant, shopping center and office projects.
In connection with these transactions, he drafts and negotiates leases and purchase agreements, advises on property and entity due diligence, evaluates title and survey matters, and helps structure 1031 exchanges and tenant-in-common arrangements.
He also prepares and reviews various organizational and governance documents for limited liability companies, limited partnerships, corporations, joint ventures and other types of ownership entities.
Brad also reviews and negotiates loan documents and prepares and issues legal opinions on various types of commercial real estate loans, including conventional, construction, CMBS, Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae and HUD loans.
Brad’s practice also includes representing banking and lending institutions in financing transactions; drafting and negotiating contracts, supply agreements, leases and servitude agreements; representing franchisees; representing buyers and sellers in the acquisition, sale or merger of small and large business; representing agriculture and marketing cooperatives; entity and joint venture formation and organization; and general counseling of both established and emerging businesses.
