Wayne P. Marsh has been practicing law since 1974. He has offices in Sun City, Phoenix and Scottsdale, and serves clients throughout Arizona.

Mr. Marsh was a JAG officer in the Marine Corps serving both on active duty and in the Reserves. He retired from the Reserves as a Lt. Colonel.
Mr. Marsh was a Bankruptcy Trustee for Phoenix and was the presiding Judge for the City of Surprise and a Judge pro tem for Phoenix. He served on the Governor’s Council on Advice of the Aging, Trust and Financial Fraud Task Force.
He is a past president of both the Sun City Host Lions Club and the Phoenix council of the United States Navy League. He is a Shrine Mason and was appointed as a Special Assistant US Attorney for the Southern District of California.
