Wesley Krieger

Wesley J. Krieger is an associate at Baer Treger LLP. She focuses her practice on personal injury and employment matters representing plaintiffs. Ms. Krieger began working with the partners of Baer Treger in 2010 as a law clerk, and began her career with Baer Treger as an associate in 2014.

She has aided in the successful litigation of a wide range of matters involving automobile accidents, cruise ship accidents, premises liability issues, sexual abuse cases, animal attacks, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and discrimination in the workplace.

Ms. Krieger received her J.D. in 2013 from Southwestern University School of Law. During law school, she spent three consecutive clerkships with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in the Hardcore Gang Unit, Preliminary Hearing Unit, and Sex Crimes Division.

She received her undergraduate degree in 2008 from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ms. Krieger is a member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court, Central District of California.
