Wesley Lauer

Wesley A. Lauer is a trial lawyer with experience in state and federal courts and before the American Arbitration Association. Over a four-decade career, his experience covers a wide spectrum of matters, including contracts and commercial disputes, franchise litigation, injunctive and equitable remedies, breach of fiduciary duty, probate litigation, fraud, creditors’ rights, defamation, enforcement of restrictive covenants, employment claims, real estate disputes, and breaches of commercial leases.
