
Weslynn Reed’s practice focuses primarily on environmental litigation and regulatory matters. She has extensive experience assisting clients with federal environmental claims under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Clean Water Act and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as well as various state-law environmental claims.
Weslynn has worked both as plaintiff’s and defense counsel in major environmental litigation matters. She has also represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters. She has significant experience in all stages of electronic document discovery, including collection, management, review – including use of data analytics – and production of electronic documents.
During law school, Weslynn interned for Judge John L. Kane in the US District Court for the District of Colorado. She has also interned with the US Attorney’s office in Nashville, Tennessee and at Doerner, Saunders, Daniel and Anderson, a Tulsa law firm.
Weslynn currently serves on the board of directors of Gateway Battered Women’s Services. Before joining Squire Patton Boggs, she worked providing job placement services to disadvantaged youth and individuals with disabilities.
