Whitney Judson focuses her practice on construction litigation, contract disputes, and alternative dispute resolution. Prior to joining the firm, Whitney was an associate in the Atlanta, Georgia office of a national construction law firm where she represented clients in a variety of construction litigation claims including contract disputes, insurance claims, delay claims, loss of productivity, and claims of incomplete or defective work.
Whitney has construction litigation experience in residential, commericial, and industrial projects and has successfully pursued claims in litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
While attending law school, Whitney was a member of the Georgia Law Mock Trial Team, a member of the Editorial Board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, the National Order of Barristers, and the Lumpkin Inn of Court. She was a prosecution clinic intern in the Barrow County, Georgia Office of the District Attorney in Winder, Georgia, a legal intern at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia, and a Legal Counsel on Legal Diversity (LCDC) Scholar with Kilpatrick Townsend in its Atlanta, Georgia office. Whitney also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Myra H. Dixon in the State Court of Fulton County in Atlanta, Georgia.
Whitney is very active and involved in the Atlanta community. She volunteers as the coach of Spelman College’s Mock Trial team and is a founder and board member of the Sandy Creek High School Alumni Association; a non-profit organization that strives to offer college scholarships to deserving high school students. Whitney is also a board member of Ice Cream MELTS, a non-profit organization that focuses on mental health and suicide prevention.
