Whitney Mayer

Whitney L. Mayer is an associate in the Life Sciences and Health Industry Group. She concentrates her practice on complex pharmaceutical litigation and multidistrict litigation. Whitney has experience in various phases in pre-trial practice.

She has written motions, including complex motions such as motions for summary judgment, and has conducted several depositions of plaintiffs in multidistrict litigation. She also has trial experience defending a financial industry client in small claims court.

Whitney has an extensive science background, including a Masters of Public Health from the University of Pennsylvania and a biology minor from Ursinus College.
