Will Grimes Phillips

Will Grimes Phillips has practiced law in Mobile since 1998 when he and David Greene formed Greene & Phillips. Will and David were friends in law school at Jones School of Law in Montgomery—Will’s home town.

Before law school at Birmingham-Southern, Will was co-founder and President of a student environmental group, BSC Conservancy, that was awarded the 1000 Points of Light award from then President George H.W. Bush for its model aluminum and glass recycling center.

Will later served as SGA President his senior year. After law school, Will and David started small working out of the back of David’s home. Within a year of their humble beginnings, Greene & Phillips moved their office to Florida Street in midtown Mobile.

Will has helped thousands of clients get significant money awards in injury and death cases through the years. In October 2018, Greene & Phillips will have helped injury victims for 20 YEARS!
