William A. Miller

William A. Miller joined Higgs Fletcher & Mack as a partner in 1999 having previously been a partner with the law firm of McInnis, Fitzgerald, Rees & Sharkey.

Mr. Miller’s practice includes civil trial litigation, as well as representation of clients in administrative proceedings, with an emphasis in the representation of healthcare clientele.

He is privileged to represent clients throughout California, including several premiere national healthcare entities in matters of professional liability and business litigation.

He additionally represents several national insurers and product manufacturers in various matters.

Mr. Miller was selected as a San Diego “Super Lawyer®” in 2015, 2016 and 2017. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research committee at Super Lawyers® to receive this prestigious designation.
