Will Wozniak focuses his practice on government contracts. He works with those who do business with federal, state and local governments in navigating the unique requirements and challenges of a government contractor. He supports clients in the many facets of government contracting, including teaming strategy and agreements; bid and proposal review and development; contract negotiation and formation; compliance; disputes; claims; and cost accounting issues.

Will advises clients regarding False Claims Act matters, suspension and debarment matters and government and internal investigations. He routinely represents clients in bid protest matters before the Government Accountability Office and the Court of Federal Claims. He also advises clients regarding compliance with the Small Business Administration’s (“SBA”) federal contracting and business development programs.  Will also has represented clients before the SBA’s Office of Hearings and Appeals.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a contracts administrator for one of the largest federal contractors in the country, where he administered contracts for over 75 customers including states, counties, cities and agencies within the U.S. Department of Defense.

Will received his Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University Law School, where he graduated with honors. While in law school, he served as the executive articles editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
