William B. Killian has represented, in state and federal courts, national and international companies in cases involving various aspects of their businesses and various fields of law.
Clients he has represented cover various segments of the commercial world including television networks, airlines, life insurance companies, rent-a-car companies, utilities, oil companies, manufacturers, retailers, chemical companies and agri-business.
William focuses on professional conduct work, counseling lawyers on questions of ethics, conflicts of interest, grievances and claims. He was legal assistant to Florida Governor LeRoy Collins from 1958 through 1959 and chairman of the Florida State Road Department from 1960 to 1961.
