William B. Bradbury is an associate in King & Spalding’s Finance practice resident in the Atlanta office. William is active in King & Spalding’s leveraged finance practice.
William represents financial institutions, lenders and borrowers in leveraged finance and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
William holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where he graduated with honors and served as Executive Managing Editor for the Emory Law Journal.
As a law student, William held field placement internships at The Coca-Cola Company and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (Atlanta Regional Office).
