I have advanced my interests in estate planning and elder law with extensive education. I earned my L.L.M (Masters of Laws) degree in estate planning and elder law in 2010.
I attained my Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, where I was an associate editor of the International Law Review.
Legal Research I completed in that program has been published and used as a teaching aid by professors in law schools. I have been a contributing author for a book on estate planning.
My goal is to assist my clients, and their families, to preserve their wealth and to have the ability to pass it on to the next generation.
I have a background in family counseling, which comes in handy when attempting to navigate the pitfalls of planning an estate and then helping the family go, step by step, through the administration of the estate upon the passing of a family member.
