William K. Kirrane has represented corporate directors, officers, and liability insurers in various, diverse claims. He has counseled insurers in connection with the resolution of these complex claims through litigation and alternative dispute resolution procedures.
William also has substantial experience handling contract disputes and labor and employment cases and has defended employers in claims based on racial discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination.
William K. Kirrane has more than a decade of litigation experience in a wide variety of claims, including construction defect, large loss personal and catastrophic injury, products liability, and aviation/transportation claims.
William is a seasoned defense attorney, having successfully handled many cases from inception through trial for a wide variety of clients including construction companies, general contractors, engineering firms, property managers, municipalities and private individuals.
William earned his J.D. from St. John’s University and his bachelor’s degree from Queens College. During law school, he co-authored “Media: Asset or Liability? An Argument for Holding the Media Liable for Invasion of Privacy” for the St. John’s Journal of Legal Commentary. He was also awarded the CALI for contracts.
