William M. Beasley Jr. is an associate attorney with the law firm Phelps Dunbar LLP and practices in Tupelo, Mississippi. He focuses on areas such as Litigation, Appellate Litigation, Professional Liability, Business Tort Litigation, and Antitrust and Trade Regulation.

Will Beasley obtained his Bachelor’s of Arts with honors and Masters of Arts in History from the University of Mississippi in 2004 and 2009 respectively. He went on to join the University of Mississippi School of Law and served on the Editorial Board of the Mississippi Law Journal. He earned his Juris Doctorate with honors in 2009.
He passed the bar exam and obtained the license to practice law in the state of Mississippi including admission to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Northern District Court of Mississippi.
He has earned the membership of several professional associations such as the Mississippi Bar, the Lee County Bar Association, the Tupelo Coliseum Commission, Traumatic Brain Injury & Spinal Cord Injury Trust Fund Advisory Board, the U.S. Naval Institute, the Center for International Maritime Security, and the Link Center Performing Arts Commission.
He served as the President of the Lee County Young Lawyers Association in 2009. His prominent cases include successful representation of a furniture manufacturer in a California action alleging violations of Proposition 65.
He has secured million dollar settlement for a plaintiff in a case alleging breach of contract, fraudulent and negligent misrepresentation, civil conspiracy arising from the sale of a business, and professional malpractice.
William M. Beasley Jr. secured summary judgment while defending a physician group against wrongful termination and antitrust violations charges. He has assisted several private employers in wrongful termination cases including a surveying firm in a professional malpractice case.
