William M. Wuestenfeld is Of Counsel at the firm, and works as a trial lawyer in Alaska’s state and federal courts. His mission is to provide the highest quality representation in an efficient, effective fashion.
Mr. Wuestenfeld moved to Alaska in 1981 fresh out of The University of Michigan Law School. His practice has expanded from a focus on fishery litigation into representing professionals in malpractice matters and insurance coverage matters. Alaska law practice always seems to experience new developments and trends, and clients continue to need an experienced litigator with knowledge of the local courts, customs and people.
Mr. Wuestenfeld has represented clients in over 25 jury and non-jury trials in the federal and state courts of Alaska from Dillingham to Kodiak, from Homer to Valdez, in Juneau and in Anchorage.
Mr. Wuestenfeld aspires to clear communication, fair treatment of others, doing everything with a sense of humor. He hopes that everyone he deals with will look back at the experience as profesional, honest and successful.
