William E. Manske represents individuals and companies on intellectual property matters across a diverse set of industries, including medical device, agribusiness, manufacturing, and financial services.
He represents clients in litigation nationwide on complex patent, trade secret, copyright, and trademark matters and advises clients on brand management issues, including trademark acquisition, maintenance, and enforcement.
William utilizes his experience to help clients develop and implement case strategies and achieve underlying business objectives.
Will also practices in the firm’s Patent Office Trials Group, where he has participated in over 5 inter partes reviews representing both petitioners and patent owners in the fields of computer software, telecommunications, manufacturing, and consumer goods.
