William Wayne Nichols works at Lee, Livingston, Lee, Nichols & Barron P.C. The firm as presently constituted was started by Alto V. Lee, III and Huey Dwight McInish in 1948. Its foundation may, however, be traced through Lee & Lee, William L. Lee, and Alto V. Lee to the late 1800’s.
William obtained his B.S. in 1994 from the University of Alabama. He received his Juris Doctorate from Samford University, Cumberland Law School in 1997. He is the former President of Houston County Bar Association. He is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and the Alabama State Bar Association. Before his present employment, he worked as a summer associate at Lange, Simpson, Robinson & Somerville and Dominick, Fletcher, Yeilding, Wood & Lloyd. He is a partner at Lee, Livingston, Lee & Nichols.
All partners in the firm are litigators, and together they represent clients in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, vehicular claims, medical negligence, workers’ compensation, employment law and discrimination claims, railroad litigation, commercial disputes and product liability,
In furtherance of effective service to its large client base, the members of the firm also provide representation in typically non-litigious fields such as real estate, transactional law, healthcare law, and creditors’ rights in bankruptcy and estate and probate law.
