Xiao (Michelle) Han advises domestic and foreign companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic alliances and commercial arrangements. Michelle also counsels clients on securities and day-to-day general corporate matters.
Michelle joined Drinker Biddle from the New York office of a global law firm where she was a corporate associate focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and life sciences transactions. Prior to law school, Michelle was an analyst at a global investment firm’s New York office. Michelle is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
