Xing Wang focuses her practice on patent preparation, application and prosecution, as well as patent-related litigation support. Her industry experience includes telecommunications, digital signal processing, audio and video processing, memory devices, optical devices, medical devices. She is knowledgeable in both U.S. and Chinese patent law.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Xing worked with Cardinal Law Group and was responsible for writing opinions for PCT applications, and worked with the China New Technology Development Patent Agency on contracts for patent prosecution.
She has three years of professional engineering experience, including development of an operating system for smartcards at Schlumberger in Beijing, China, and development of multimedia products at Qict, Inc. of Cupertino, California.
