Yale Ginsburg is a shareholder in Baker Donelson’s Baltimore office. Mr. Ginsburg represents a broad range of clients, from those requiring basic estate planning to those requesting charitable trusts, revocable trusts, life insurance trusts and other sophisticated tax planning techniques.
He has handled numerous estate administrations, as well as several estate administration controversies. A well-known authority on estate planning and administration topics, Mr. Ginsburg appeared on WMAR-TV in Baltimore (an ABC affiliate) in 2009 to discuss the last will and testament of pop superstar Michael Jackson. He has also appeared on WBAL-TV in Baltimore to discuss various aspects of estate planning.
Mr. Ginsburg was the inaugural chairman of the Estates and Trusts Committee of the Baltimore City Bar Association, and speaks regularly at National Business Institute seminars and before other organizations on estate planning topics.
