Yoojin Lee focuses her practice on debt finance. She also has experience conducting closings and due diligence for multibillion-dollar business acquisition deals, and drafting licensing, distribution, loan, lease, employment settlement, service and other agreements.
Her cases, many of them international, have involved gaming businesses, research labs, clothing and accessory retailers and conglomerates, engineering companies, private equity funds, U.S. corporations with overseas subsidiaries, hotels and others.
Before joining the firm, she practiced law in Seoul, South Korea, where she gained significant experience handling international corporate cases involving entities with operations in Korea, Finland, China, Germany, the United States, the Netherlands, Spain and the Northern Mariana Islands.
She has drafted Articles of Incorporation for a private equity fund in both Korean and English, and advised major U.S. corporations with subsidiaries in Korea regarding Korean labor law issues, such as sexual harassment claims and wrongful termination matters.
