Yova A. Borovska seeks to understand what her clients define as a “successful” outcome. The practice of immigration law requires a very fact-specific analysis. Understanding this, Yova places an emphasis on her clients’ individual circumstances in order to provide her clients complete and personalized advice.
She keeps up with the latest trends in her field, as well as any innovative solutions and practices, through the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She regularly communicates with AILA members and attends continuing legal education seminars in order to be aware of the most current practical and procedural aspects of case handling by the federal agencies involved in immigration adjudications.
After thorough review of her clients’ individual circumstances, Yova diligently crafts creative and cost-effective solutions that serve her clients’ interests and preferences. Yova has obtained positive results for individual and corporate clients alike with challenging situations, including those who had previously tried to pursue immigration options with prior counsel and failed.
In 2017, Yova achieved Board Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law by The Florida Bar, recognizing her as a specialist and expert in immigration and nationality law. In the course of her work, Yova focuses on building long-term relationships with her clients. She helps her clients to explore their immigration options and to find practical solutions to their immigration problems, while learning about their unique needs and preferences.
Yova is not afraid to provide an honest opinion on her clients’ s situation and to fully advise them of any risks involved with the chosen course of action. Yova is known for her ability to accommodate her clients’ busy schedules, including meeting outside normal hours and on weekends, and for her ability to “triage” her caseload in order to assist clients with urgent inquiries and needs.
