Yuliya focuses on corporate and finance transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, corporate formations, initial public offerings (IPOs), private financing. Yuliya also has experience in domestic and cross-jurisdictional commercial contracts such as procurement agreements, distribution agreements, IP licenses, service agreements, leases and other contractual arrangements.
Yuliya’s international assignments have well positioned her to assist clients on complex multijurisdictional and multicultural transactions. She has counselled US and Middle Eastern public and private companies ranging across a number of industries including technology, software, medical devices, defence, aerospace, healthcare, manufacturing, construction and energy.
Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Yuliya was a head in-house counsel for Middle East, Turkey and Africa region of Ingram Micro, Inc., a California-based Fortune 500 global technology distribution company. She managed legal matters throughout the region, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Turkey, Pakistan, Morocco, Egypt, Lebanon and South Africa.
In addition, Yuliya spent over 10 years practicing in the corporate departments of other leading global law firms in the US and the UAE.
